Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
To return an item please email us at info@mawson-wareham.com.
Include the following information in your email:

Name and format of the item to be returned
Date item was purchased
Reason for return (fault, unwanted etc.)

Once we have received your email we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund or Replacement
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available), or if you would prefer a refund. Refunds will be paid via PayPal.

Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Packaging
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
